Current status: Holliday AI is experimental. Private encrypted backup integration is being prepared, not offered as a public service. No Google login is provided to visitors on this website.

Information collected when browsing
This is a static website without advertising, third-party analytics, account registrations, or contact forms. Our web host may automatically process IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs to operate and protect the site. Messages sent to our support channels may include the information you choose to provide.
Google user data and permissions
The planned Google Drive integration is for a designated owner to authorize backup uploads and verification. It is not designed to access general visitors' Google accounts. Any Google data accessed through the integration would be used only to perform owner-requested archival, remote integrity checks, and restoration workflows. Access will follow the actual OAuth scopes granted by the owner. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers.
Security
The intended workflow encrypts archives before uploading them to Google Drive. The recovery private key is designed to remain under the owner's control outside the VPS. Secure storage, restricted administration, verified backup receipts, and separate approval for destructive cleanup are design requirements. Because deployment is still in progress, these measures must not be interpreted as a certification of production operation.
Retention and deletion
Website operational logs may be retained for security and diagnostics. Owner-controlled backup archives would be retained according to a separately authorized retention policy, with deletion requiring appropriate permission and safe recovery protections. The Google account owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions. They may also request a copy or deletion of eligible archive material, subject to reasonable security, restoration, or legal constraints.
Service providers
Hosting providers may process web requests and system logs. Google Drive will process encrypted files if archival is activated, subject to Google's own policies. We do not install advertising or visitor-tracking scripts on this website.

Before the website becomes public, the project owner must publish a verified, working privacy contact address here. Until then, this document is staged for review, not presented as a final active contact channel.

We may update this policy to reflect actual integrations, security practices, or legal requirements. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
